This is primarily a proposal for ongoing guidance (consultancy) and education and we'll answer the biggest question first: The first month's cost would be $199.00 followed by 11 monthly payments of $129.00. This is designed to be a fixed term program for small businesses.
The Rationale
There are a few factors in any program of this type that are critical to ultimate success.
- The contemplated changes to your digital marketing are truly important in the real world.
- Lasting change requires top-level buy in, commitment, dedication, understanding, and time.
- Time is mainly required to allow all stakeholders to process the proposed changes, accept them, and - in time - become champions of the new ways.
- The transition towards an accessible website is intended to be non-confrontational, educational and, largely, painless. Service, enjoyment and fun are hallmarks of this approach. There are some difficulties in the transition to fully accessible digital assets; every effort will be made to frame this journey as a service to clients you might not know yet.
The Delivery
The program includes the following elements-
- All direction/education will conform to the best possible known standards for website accessibility;
- Monthly educational materials in writing or video format;
- Quarterly in-person interaction and Q & A with staff;
- Access - as needed - to answer questions in email, telephone, or video formats as reasonably needed.
- Occasional interaction with interested outside stakeholders, as necessary.
